Born and raised in Studland, Dorset, Lucy MAFA trained at Staffordshire University and now lives and works in the Peak District of Derbyshire. She has exhibited nationally including selection for the John Moores and Celeste Painting Prizes. However she enjoys  all types of art, including printmaking, illustration and wood and stone carving.
